Consideration of a sign and landscape grant for commercial dumpster improvements at the Davis House Inn.
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
Staff has received a request for a façade sign and landscape grant to improve the dumpster enclosure at the Davis House Inn located at 607 Davis St. The total cost of the proposed improvement
is $3259 of which the CRA can fund up to $1,500.
RECOMMENDATION
Staff Recommends approval of the improvement grant in the amount of $1,500
