The Tree Arborist from Jack’s Complete Tree Service has completed his report for the first section of the
project between Stonecrop Street and Bevans Drive. I have attached his report and pictures for your review.
A tree report for the second section Bevans Drive and Laconia Street will be provided under a separate
cover.
In review of the report, it is UESI’s recommendation that these trees must be removed prior to start of
construction. The trees are in the way for equipment access and have a high risk of damage to the tree and
root system if left in place during construction activities. The removal of these trees is considered additional
scope of work. This work will need to be completed as soon as possible to prevent further delay.
If the City approves the removal of these trees, UESI will provide a cost proposal to you for the removal.
