Councilman ~eonardy moved the following resolution be adopted:
BE IT RES0~VED that A. T. Jordan, City 01erk, City of Sebastian,
Florida, Be and is hereby authorized to sign checks in behal~
of the City of Sebastian and Charles Zimmer, Council President,
or Wm. E. Boone, Mayor of City of Sebastian, Be amd are hereby
authorized to countersign checks l~ behalf of the City of
Sebastian, this 8th day of February 1965.

Motion by Councilman Leonardy that refund for sign permit be made to Earl Roberts.
Seconded by Councilman Johnson. Carried.
Motion by Councilman ~eonardy that CoUncil President Zimmer be authorized to attend
seminar for city officials to be held in Orlando February 14-16--expense up to $100.00
authorized. Seconded by Councilman Johnson. Carried.
Councilman Johnson appointed as a committee of one to work with city engineer re hill
on S.R. 512.
Motion to adjeura by Councilman Johnson. Carried.
