Meeting called te order by President Sembler.
These present were Mayer Stevenosn, Councilman Sembler, 0hesser, Benschop, ~xter,
and Srehmer.
Minutes of last regular meeting ef January 12 and Special Called meetings ef
January 19th, 27th and February 4th were approved as read.
the meeting with General Dev. Oerp. te dismee their Water and Sewage Plant was set
for February 17th, 1959.

to be paid on motion by ~euncilmn ~rehmer, second by ~ouncilman Baxter. ~arried.

~uilding Inspector to attend a Inspector's ~ourse at ~ainwville.

President S abler instructed Councilman ~axter to contact ~he proper authorities on
the beautification of the Parkwaym.
The road to the airport was discussed and tabled u~,til a later da~e.
Mayor Stevenson read the monthly Police report whcih shewed a net pro,it ef
$1,791.82.

Clerk read a bid from the MO-Kan Equipment Company on a hoist for a dump body.
Councilman Baxter rode a motion te accept above memtioned bid, s,L~cond by Mrs.
Car~~ i e d.
Mrs. Chesser made a motion to record the Quit Olaim Deed of the Airport, second
by Councilman Baxter. Carried.
Mr. Bishop rep. of Buckingham-Wheeler Agency presented a statement of cost
for liability insurance for the. City.
