RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION V OF THE FIELD RULES
OF THE SEBASTIAN MUNICIPAL AIRPORT AND THEREBY INCREASING THE SHORT-TERM AIRCRAFT
PARKING CHARGE FROM $1. TO $2. PER DAY AND DECREASING THE PERCENTAGE OF THE AMOUNT
OF SAID FEES PAYABLE TO THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN FROM 75% TO 50%; PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE, AND THE MAYOR'S OFFICE TO PROVIDE SEBASTIAN AERO SERVICES WITH A
LETTER OF AUTHORIZATION.

AUGUST 29~ 30, 31, SEPTEMBER 1, BE RESERVED FOR THE SEBASTIAN SPORTS FISHERMEN'S
ASSOCIATION TO USE THE YACHT CLUB TO HOLD A FISHING TOURNAMENT AND THAT THE
ASSOCIATION RETURN TO THE CITY COUNCIL FOR FINAL APPROVAL SUBJECT TO CONFIRMATION OF
INSURANCE, POLICE PROTECTION AND USE OF PRIVATE PROPERTY FOR PARKING.
