MOTION BY MAYOR GALLAGHER, SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN ROTH, TO POSTPONE THE ORDINANCE ON SATELLITE DISHES UNTIL THE MARCH 6th, 1985, WORKSHOP MEETING. MOTION CARRIED. MAYOR GALLAGHER STATED THAT THE ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION DEPARTMENT ACTED ON A COMPLAINT BY AN UNKNOWN INDIVIDUAL STATING THAT THE CITY'S AUTOMOBILES WERE USING REGULAR GAS IN UNLEADED VEHICLES. MAYOR GALLAGHER STATED THAT THE PROBLEM NO LONGER EXISTS. MAYOR GALLAGHER STATED THAT THE TERMINAL CONNECTION FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WILL BE ON THE AGENDA OF THE FEBRUARY 20th, 1985, MEETING. MOTION BY COUNCILMAN ROTH, SECONDED BY COUNCILWOMAN KEENAN, TO APPROVE THE REQUEST FOR BOND RELEASE FROM SAN SEBASTIAN SPRINGS PROJECT. MOTION CARRIED. MOTION BY COUNCILWOMAN KEENAN, SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN ROTH, TO GO OUT TO BID FOR THE ELECTRICAL WORK TO BE DONE AT THE COMMUNITY CENTER. MOTION CARRIED. MOTION BY COUNCILMAN ROTH, SECONDED BY VICE MAYOR MCKINLEY, TO ACCEPT MR. L. GENE HARRIS" RESIGNATION FROM THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD WITH REGRET, AND THAT BOTH LETTERS BE PUT ON FILE.
