also expressed support for the limit-
ing of training flights.
"I'm not sure if the accidents tie
into the training flights," Reid told
the Sun Thursday, "but people are
scared and curtailing or temporarily,
suspending them would ease some
fears."
He added that the FAA could ap-
proach the flight schools and request
that they use other airports until the
local situation has been settled, refer-
ring to the compatibility study being
done in the area.`.
