Approved as amended. Case of man loitering and begging in.town. Police asked to take him up. Discussion of Louisiana Avenue. .Chairman Bohannon male a motion that a renewal, of old contract with Fla. Power and Light Co., for mox~e lights for City be made, duly seconded by Councilman Turlingten~ Motion carried. .Councilman Turlington moved taht the City of Sebastian have a separate account for F~ne.~i~.afld Forfeiture Fund in Indian River Citrus Bani for all ' fees and forfeitures, duly seconded by Councilman ~ohannon. Motion carried. .Officer Holland. to see Mr.. Steven. son..about.~rush on street to be removed from S. Central Ave. The matter of Mr. Letchworth's freight house on City property was discussed ( Ordinance # 1). He was allowed until Midnight Feb. 10, 1946, to remove f=eight house .and cars from City property. Councilman Turlington n~e .motion that Standard Oil Co.. be notified to remove building as hazard and detriment to City and thirth days given to remove or eliminate its hazardous condition, duly seconded by Councilman Bohannon, motioncarried. Councilman Bohannon. introduced the following Resolution: WHEREA~, it is necessary that the City of Sebastian, Florida, designate a depository for all .City Funds; the. refore,2~: BE iT RESOLVED,. that .the .Indian River Citrus Bank of Vero Beach, Florida, be and it is herewith designated as the depository for all funds of the City of Sebastian, Florida. R~ IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said funds shall b.e subject to withdrawal only upon checks of the City signed by the person.who at such times shall be under official, designation of the. City Council as City Clerk of said City and counter .signed by such person who at such times shall be the duly designated President or Acting President ,of. the City Council of said .City., and moved it be adopted, being ..duly seconded by Councilman Semb. ler. Motion carried. Motion by Councilman Sembler and seconded by Councilman Bohannon that all bills for 'Fine and Forfeiture Fund be ~aid. Motion carried.
