REQUESTING A VARIANCE FROM SECTION 20A-5.6 OF THE LAND
DEVELOPMENT CODE TO ALLOW A SEPTIC SYSTEM WITHIN THE REAR
YARD, WHEREAS THE CODE REQUIRES THE SEPTIC SYSTEM TO BE
PLACED IN THE FRONT OR SIDE YARD. THE APPLICANT ALSO
WISHES TO PLACE A WELL IN THE FRONT YARD, WHEREAS THE
CODE REQUIRES THE PLACEMENT OF A WELL WITHIN EITHER THE
