Meeting was calle~ .to order by President Anderson.
Those present were Mayor Middleton,President Anderson,Councilmen Sembler
Let chworth, Ellingsen an d Park.
Bills to the amount of ~116.33 were approved by ~'inance Committee and ordered
paid on motion by Oouncilman Park and seconded by ~ouncilman Sembler.
After some discussion on the lnsstallation of a gas tank for the City Vehicles
the Council deceded to continue as usual on motion by oouncilmanPark which was seconded
by councilman ~llingsen.Same motion gave the Mayor authority to secure oil for the
Police Car. oarri ed.
Mr Tom Waters request for a Beer and Wine License was approved by the Council
on m otlon by Councilman Sembler and seconded by councilman Ellingsen.
Mr Waters asked permission from the City to cut down six trees at the edge of the
City Park which obstructed the view of his gas station.Motion by Councilman Sembler
and seconded by Councilman mllingsen approved the cutting of said trees.
Mr Baker o¥ the Trailor Court asked permission for the use of the' City Tractor
to level off the sand which was pumped on the shore from the river.This was turned over
to the Mayor and Councilman Sembler to handle as they ~saw fit.
On a motion from Councilman Sembler which was seconded by Councilman mllingsen
the Mayor mas authorized to pay ~r W.u.We. bster ~5.00 for intreat on three bonds for the
years of i945 and l~44,also to buy one old ~-~. Bond from Mr Baynard for the sum of
~l?2.~0.Total expense was ~4%~0. Carried.Said motion also' included the transfer of
the funds fron the ~eneral ~'und to the Sinking ~und for said transaction.Forty five
dollars was saved on the 1~43-1~44 bond intreat and ~183.15 on the H-~.~ Bond,or
~ 2 P~. 15 sa ve d over al 1.

Meeting was called to order by President Anderson.
Those present were Mayor. ~lddleton,President Anderson and 0ouncllmen Sembler,
Letchworth,Ellingsen and Park. Mr Yacelle was also present.
Minutes of previous meeting of ~'eb.21,1V50 were approved as read.
Bills ampunting to ~2~5.15 were approved by ~inance Uommittee and ordered paid
on motion by Councilman Sembler and seconded by uouncllman Letchworth.
Councilman Se~bler Chairman of the Cemetery committee asked the Coty uouncil to
approve the new prices of Cemetery Lots and graves.Prices were ~15.00 for single
graves for Infants and ~30.00 for single graves for Adults for out of the State and
County. All lots 20 x 10 to sell for ~150.00.
For Ci t y and County residents fSfty percent discount.Mo$ion by Councilman
Ellingsen and seconded by councilman Park passed same.
Councilman Sembler presented the oity council with a bid of ~155.00 for a trailor les
less tires and tubes to be built for the city and after some discussion as to the
body having a steel floor. Councilman S~mbler Agreed to check further on the price
of one with steel floor lining.
It was moved by Councilman Ellingsen and seconded by uouncilman Sembler to give
ten dollars to the Hsd Gross.Carried.
