PRESENT: VICE MAYOR ERVIN YATES, COUNCILMEN PAT FLOOD, JR., AND MAYOR CRAGG. THE PURPOSE OF THE MEETING ~AS TO HAVE A PUBLIC HEARING ON CLIFFORD HOOSE, AND JAMES C. KINARD, THE 197~BUDGET. MAYOR CRAGG READ THE NOTICE OF AD VALOREM TAX LEVY AS IT APPEARED IN THE VERO BEACH PRESS JOURNAL ON FEBRUARY 24 & 28, 1974, AND ASKED FOR DISCUSSION ON THE BUDGET FIGURES. THERE ~ERE NO COMMENTS FROM THE PUBLIC PRESENT. MOTION BY COUNCILMAN HOOSE THAT THE RESOLUTION ON THE BUDGET SHO~ING 3.2 MILLS FOR GENERAL FUND AND O.1 MILLS FOR SINKING FUND, MAKING A TOTAL OF 3.3 MILLS BE ADOPTED AS READ.
