sider the petition presented by 34 citizens of Sebastian. The four points presented were
taken in their order.

paired by the State Road Department.
Mr. G. A. Braddock,a visitor, offered ~he suggestion that if Lousiana Ave. were to be
continued straight north to ~ point'opposit~'e the church property it thus would do away with
a bad turn and also .~.n annoying water hole. No action was taken~n this suggestion.
Regarding the city indebtedness: The original bond issue had been reissued and revis.

Ite~4 .... Properties removed from the corporate limits:
--' THe question arose as to why certain properties to the north an~ to the
south of the present bounds were declared out of bounds and why these prop-
erty owners were not'~l~able for debts assumed While they were still within
the bounds.
Attorney Mitchell advised that those out of bounds could not be brought
within the bounds again unless it could be proved that by so doing they
would thereby derive municipal benefits, it was argued that the present
residents derived no benefits either.
On a motion by CouncilmanShaw , seconded by Councilman ~mith , the clerk,s s.~lary
was raised from ten dollars to fifteen dollars a week. Carried.
