ON AN ORDINANCE INCLUDING PELICAN ISLAND SCHOOL SITE WITH THE GENERAL DEVELOPMENT UTILITY FRANCHISE. MAYOR GALLAGHER STATED THAT THE JOINT MEETING BETWEEN CITY COUNCIL AND THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD FOR MARCH 4, 1985 HAD BEEN CANCELLED AND NEW MEETING DATE IS FOR MARCH 18, 1985. MAYOR GALLAGHER REMINDED THE PUBLIC THAT MARCH 23, 1985 IS FELLSMERE DAY, WITH THE PARADE BEGINNING AT 11:00 A.M. BELLER STATED THAT HE WAS AGAINST THE POLICE COMPUTER AND THE FACT THAT COUNCIL MEETINGS ARE ONLY OPEN TO PUBLIC INPUT DURING WORKSHOP MEETINGS OR IF A LETTER IS ~'RITTEN REQUESTING TO BE ADDED TO THE AGENDA DURING REGULAR COUNCIL MEETINGS.
