Meeting was caller .to order by President Anderson.
Those present were Mayor Mlddleton,President Anderson,Councilmen Sembler
Letchworth,Ellingsen and Park.
Bills to the amount of ~116.3S were approved by fflnance Committee and ordered
paid. on motion by Councilman Park and seconded by ~ouncilman Sembler.
After sc~ne discussion on the lnsstallation of a gas tank for the ~ity Vehicles
the Council deceded to continue as usual on motion by GouncilmanPark which was seconded
by ~ouncllman Elllngsen.Same motion gave the Mayor authority to secure oil for the
Police Car. ~arrl ed.
~¢r Tom Waters request for a Beer and Wine License was approved by the Council
on m otion by Councilman Sembler and seconded by councilman Ellingsen.
Mr Waters asked permission from the city to cut down six trees at the edge of the
City Park which obstructed the view of his gas station.Motion by ~ouncllman Sembler
and seconded by Councilman Ellingsen approved the cutting of said trees,
Mr ~aker ~f the Trallor Court asked pemlssion for the use of th~ ~ity Tractor
to level off the s~nd which was pumped on the shore from the river.This ~as turned over
t~ the ~yor and ~ouncll~n Sembler to handle as they ~saw fit.
un a motion from Oouncilman Sembler which was seconded by Uouncilman .:!llngsen
the ~ayor mas authorized to pay Mr W.u.Webster ~5.00 for intrest on three bonds for the
years of 1943 and 1944,also to b~ one old R-2 Bond from ~ B~ard for the s~ of
~172.20.Total expense was ~20. Uarried.S~id motion ~ so included the transfer of
the ~ds fron the ~neral ~d to the Sinkin~ ~'~d for said transaction.fforty five
dollars was saved on the 1943-1944 bond intrest and ~183.1~ on the ~-2~ Bond,or
~2~.15 ~ved over all.

Letchworth,Ellingsen and Park, Mr ¥'acelle was also present.
Minutes of previous meeZing of Feb.21,1950 were approved as read.
Bills ampunting to ~265,15 were approved by ~inance Committee and ordered paid
on motion by Councilman Sembler and seconded by Councilman Letchworth.
Councilman Se~bler Ohairman of the Oemetery committee asked the Coty Council to
approve the new prices of Cemetery Lots and graves.Prices were ~15.00 for single
graves for Infants and ~30,00 for single graves for Adults for out of the State and
County.All lots 20 x 10 to sell for ~150.00.
For Ci t y and County residents fSfty percent discount.Mo~ion by Councilman
Ellingsen and seconded by Councilman Park passed same.
0ouncilman Sembler presented the city council with a bid of ~155,00 for a trailor les
less tires and tubes to be built for the City and after some discussion as to the
body having a steel floor. Councilman Sembler Agreed to check further on the price
of one with steel floor lining.
It was moved by Councilman Ellingsen and seconded by councilman Sembler to give
ten dollars to the Bed Gross.Carried.
