ihose present: Mayor Boone, Councilmen Owens, Bruce, Johnson, Leonardy and Zie~er.
inutes of regular February meeting were read and approved.
Mr. Robert Ussery,of Municipal Code Corporation, explained codification of ordinances.
Motion by Councilman Johnson to await written.plan from Mr. Ussery before deciding on
codification. Seconded by Councilman Leonardy. Carried.
Motion by Councilman B~uce to pay February bills, in the amount of $1711.36, seconded
by Councilman Owens. Carried.
President Zimmer appointed Counci]man Johnson, Chairman of Streets and Roads, effective
April 1, 1965.
Councilman I~eonardy moved that trailers not be taxed for tax year 1965, and that a committee
be appointed at next council meeting to examine all facets of this tax. Seconded by
Councilman Johnson.
Motion by Councilman Owens to table previous motion. Seconded by Councilman Johnson. Carried.
Motion by Councilman Leonardy that trailers not be taxed for 1965. Seconded by Councilman
Johnson. Roll call vote as follows:

Motion carried unanimously.
Committee reports were read.
Motion by Councilman Johnson that real property be assessed at fair market value for 1965.
Seconded by 0ouncilman Owens. CArried.
The weeks of April 6 and April 13, 1965 were designateA as CT.EAN UP WEEKS, all debris to
be hauled by city.
Motion to adjourn by Councilman Leonardy. Carried.
