Interested parties may inspect the proposed ordinances and complete legal
description of the property by metes and bounds, in the Community Development
Department at City Hall, Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and may
appear at the hearings and be heard with respect to the proposed ordinances.
Any person who may wish to appeal any decision which may be made by the City
Council at this hearing will need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings
is made which record includes the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal will
