DENY REQUEST OF MR. PALMER FOR REZONING IN PART OF AUGUST PARK SUBDIVISION.
MOTION 8Y COUNCILMAN THOMAS, SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN YATES THAT ZONING COMMISSION'S RECOMMENDATION
BE ACCEPTED AND REQUEST DENIED. CARRIED.
MOTION 8Y COUNCILMAN CRAGG THAT AMENDMENT TO ORDINANCE #17g BE READ FOR FIRST TIME IN IT'S ENTIRETY.

PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION," BE READ FOR THE FIRST TiME IN ITS ENTIRETY.
