Those present: Mayor Boone, Councilmen Channel. l, Stevenson, DeCristofaro, Deonardy and Witt. .... Minutes of regular meeting of February ll, 5963 were read and approved. "Councilman Leonardy moved that bills, in the amount of ~)2329.85 as ].isted in ),~±~.?s ?a~aBie book, be apl,roved £or payment° Seconded by Coun¢ilm~n ~evenson. Carried. -~ City attorney advised Mr. Copp to communicate with State RoadD_.ei.~.~ in reference to discrepancy in su_r~ey and road easement on Mr. Copp's property. Clerk was instructed to get a written opinion from City Engineer on Mr. Copp's survey and then write letter to State Road Dept. Councilman Leonardy moved to accept recommendations of Zoning Commission on zoning ordinance and map, Second.'public hearing to be held 7:00 P.H. April 2, 1963. Seconded by Councilman DeCristofaro. Carried. City attorney discussed arrangements for meetings with Real I]state Commie- sion, Continental Casualty Co. and the pending court action on Florida East Coast R.R. grade crossing. Letter of resignation from Dr. A. I,. Eckerle was read. Councilman Stevenson moved;that resignation of Dr. Eckerle be accepted with re'gret. Seconded by Counci3,man, Deonardy. Seconded by Council.man Stevenson. Motion did not carry. Motion to adjourn by Councilman Leonardy. Seconded by Councilman Stevenson.
