MOTION BY COUNCILMAN FLOOD THAT MINUTES OF FEBRUARY MEETING BE ACCEPTED AS READ WITH ONE CORRECTION. SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN YAYES. CARRIED. MOTION BY COUNCILMAN HOOSE THAT FEBRUARY BILLS IN AMOUNT OF $7,889.~0 BE PAID. SECONDED BY COUNCIL- MAN YATES. CARRIED. MR. DOTSON REQUESTED GARBAGE CHANGE TO ALLEVIATE WORKLOAD ON FRIDAYS. SUGGESTED THURSDAY PICKUPS ALONG LOUISIANA AVE., PALMETTO AVE., FOSTER RD. AND TALL OAKS DR. TO ALLOW MORE TIME FOR THE VERY HEAVY FRIDAY PICKUPS. COUNCIL AGREED TO CHANGE. SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN HOOSE. CARRIED. MINUTES TO SHOW THAT COUNCILMAN FLOOD VOTED NAY. 1ICE MAYOR CRAGG DISCUSSED CHANGE IN GARBAGE SERVICE. WANTS TO GET ALL THE FACTS TOGETHER ON GARBAGE TO LET FRANCHISE TO OUTSIDE SANITATION COMPANY TO HANDLE GARBAGE BUSINESS. REQUESTED THAT ~E ADVERTISE PUBLIC HEARING ON GARBAGE SERVICE FOR MEETING TUESDAY, APRIL 3, lg73 AT 7:30 P.M. PLAN FOR "CLEAN UP SEBASTIAN WEEK" DISCUSSED. SHOULD BE SOME TIME iN APRIL. VICE MAYOR CRAGG GAVE VERY COMPREHENSIVE REPORT ON FACTS AND FIGURES OB~INED AT THE RECENT FLORIDA LEAGUE OF CITIES ANNUAL CONFERENCE HELD IN JACKSONVILLE ON MARCH 9-10, lg73.
