MEETING WAS CALLED TO ORDER BY MAYOR PAT FLOOD, JR. AT 7:00 P.M.
PRESENT: COUNCILMAN EVERETT T. GASS, COUNCILWOMAN DOROTHY W. MC KINLEY, AND MAYOR PAT FLOOD, JR.
MAYOR FLOOD ANNOUNCED THAT THE PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL MEETING WAS TO RATIFY THE ELECTION RESOLUTION
AND TO SWEAR IN THE NEWLY ELECTED MAYOR AND CITY COUNCILMAN.
THE CITY CLERK READ THE ELECTION RESOLUTION.

CARRIED.
VICE MAYOR LEWIS GRAY TOOK HIS SEAT AT THE MEETING AT 7:05 P.M.
MEETING WAS ADJOURNED AT 7:06 P.M.AND THE CITY CLERK THEN SWORE IN PAT FLOOD, JR. AS THE NEWLY ELECTED
MAYOR, AND FRANK J. OBERBECK AS THE NEWLY ELECTED COUNCILMAN.
MEETING WAS CALLED BACK TO ORDER AT 7:10 P.M. COUNCILMAN OBERBECK THANKED THOSE PEOPLE WHO HELPED HIM
IN HIS CAMPAIGN AND PROMISED TO DO HIS BEST FOR THE PEOPLE AND THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN. MAYOR FLOOD
EXPRESSED SPECIAL THANKS TO THE PEOPLE WHO SHOWED THEIR FAITH IN HIM BY RE-ELECTING HIM FOR ANOTHER TWO
YEARS AND HOPED TO BE ABLE TO COMPLETE PROJECTS ALREADY IMPLEMENTED.
