Meeting was called to order by President Middliton
Those answering roll call were President Mldctleton,Oouncllman Smith and
Sdmbler.
Mayor Shafor, Councilman ~ohannan and Councilman Turllngton Absent.
Minutes of meeting of ~arch 4th. approved as read.
Councilman Sembler asked that two bills from Smithurst and Parker and one
from '~he Indian mlver Oounty Abstract Go be held over for the next meeting.
Motion by Councilman Se~ler seconded b~ Councilman Smith that ~r Rice former
Clerk be paid eight days salary covering from first to eighth of ~'e~$ruary. ~arrie~.

Motion by Councilman Sembler seconded by Oouncilman Smith that map comprising
part of lot five of section six,Township thirty one, Range thirty ~lne.
submitted by Mr E.W. Vickers be approved, carried,
'Councilman reported for Recreation Oommittee on cost of lighting of ball field.
The cost. being about one dollar eighty eight cent per hour for about three and
one half hours for each ball game.
President Mlddleton appointed Councilman Turlington Chairman of the Building
Committee, and Councilmen Smith and Sembler as members of said Committee.
There being no more business Councilman Sembler moved to adjourn.
