COURSE THAT PROGRAMS FOR CITY ~Q~ MEMBERS' ~ATT~~ VICE MAYOR ROTH REQUESTED PERMISSION TO ORGANIZE A SUB-TRAFFIC COMMITTEE TO WORK WITH HIM AS A MEMBER OF THE TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE TO MAKE BEST USE OF IMPACT FEES. HE SUGGESTED HECTOR FRANCO, CITY ENGINEER; CHIEF OF POLICE, GERALD NAPPI; AND ALBERT PELTIER, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR AND ANYONE ELSE THE COUNCIL THOUGHT WOULD BE HELPFUL.
