THAT THE MAJORITY OF THE ASSOCIATION'S BOATS ARE TRAILABLE AND THAT THEY WOULD
PROBABLY USE THE RAMP WHETHER OR NOT THE ASSOCIATION'S USE OF THE YACHT CLUB WAS
APPROVED BY COUNCIL. HE SAID THAT THE RAMP WOULD BE OPEN FOR USE BY RESIDENTS.
