Roberts introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NC. 21 Be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Sebastisn, Florida that the assessment roll showing the lots and lands assessed for the pavin~ a~d harda'urfacing of- Nain Street, between the West line of the New Dixie Highway and a point 1~38.8 feet West of the Center line of the Florida East Coast Railroad Rain Line Track. Washington Place, between the West line of the New Dixie Highway and the East line of So~th Central Avenue. Cleveland Street, between the West line of tn~ New ~ixie Highway and the East line of Suuth Central '.venue. Coolidge Street, between the West line of th,~ New Dixie ~ighway and the East line of ~outh Central Avenue. Fellsmere ,._'oulevard, between the West line of the New Dixie Highway and the East line of Dixie Avenue. Harrison Street, between the ~est line of the New Dixie Highway and the East line of ~outh Central Avenue. Jefferson ;-Jtreet, between the ~:~est line of t~e New ~ixie Highway and the East line of South Central Avenue. North ~'irst Street, between the West line of the i~ew Dixie Hi8'hway and the East line of North ~entral Avenue. North Central Avenue, between the i~orth line ,:of k, lain Street and a point in Fleming Grant ~974.? feet from the center of l~ain Street. ~outh Central Avenue, between the South line of ~ain Street and the North line of Jefferson Street. All said Streets being in the City of Sebastian, Florida, having been heretofore presented, they are he~'eby adopted and ap'proved, subject to the hearing of ccmplaints thereon, and 8:00 o'clock p.m. April 30th, 1926, is hereby fixed as the time of the meeting of the City Council of the City of Sebastian, ~lorida, for the puroose of hearin~ the said complaints and to equalize the said assessments and to finally approve and confirm the same. Copies of the said assessment rolls shall be published three times successively once each week for a period of three weeks in the Vet0 Beach Press, a newspaper of general circulation published in the County of Indian '_;:~iver, State of Florida, in which the said City of Sebastian is located; there being no newspaper published in said municipality, together with the notices to all property owners mentioned in said assessments, substantially in the following form: To all property owners interested in the above assessment for proposed paving and hardsurfac ing li~ame of street}: Notice is he~'eby given that any complaints with reference to 'the above assessments will be heard by the City Council o£ the City of Sebastian, Florida, at the Council Chamber, in said City on the Z0th, day of April, 1~6, at the hour of 8.00 o'clock p.m. at which time and. place said assessment roll will be finally approved and confirmed by the City Council sitting as an equalization board. By order of the City Council of said City. Dated the ~rd day of ~arch, 1926. The ~oll being called on ti~e resolution aforesaid for adO!otion was as follows: Ayes: Councilmen rickets, 6embler, Hiller, koberts. Braddock. Nayes None. Whereupon said resolution was declared adopted. Councilman 1~. ~. killer introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. EE Be It Hesolved by the City Council of the City of Sebastian, Florida, that the assessment roll showing the lots and lands assessed for the costs of laying, paving a~i hardsurfacing sidewalks along the streets in said City, as follows, to-wit: On ~L~ Street from the V~est line of the New Dixie Highway to the center line of the Florida East Coast ~ailroad. On l~ain Street from the Center line of the Florida East Coast Railroad right-of-way to a point 1938.6 feet West of the Center line of the Florida East Coast Rail,-oad. On Washington Place from the West line of the New Dixie Highway to the East line of South Gentral Avenue. On Cleveland Street from the West line of the New Dixie Highway to the East line of South Central Avenue, On Coolidge Street from the West line of the New Dixie Highway to the E~st line o f South Centr,'-~l Avenue. On Fellsmere Boulevard from the West line of the New Dixie Highway to the East line of Dixie Avenue. On Harrison Street from the ¥$est line of the New Dixie Highway to the East line of South Central Avenue. On ~effers~ Street from the ~est line of the New ~ixie Highway to She East line of ~outh Central Avenue. On North ~'irst Street from the ¥~est line of the New Dixie Highway to the East line of North ~entrt',l Avenue. On North ~entral Avenue from the North line of ~lain Street to a point in 21eming Grant 39?4.7 feet from the center of ~ain Street. On SOuth Central Avenue from the South line of l'~ain $~reet to the North line of Zefferson Street. all of said streets being in the City of Sebastian, Florida, having been heretofore presnted, they are here~y adopted and approved, subject to the hearing of complaints thereon, and 8:00 o'clock p.m., April 30th, 1926, is hereby fixed as the time of the meeting of the City Council of the ~ity of Sebastian, Florida, for the purpose of hearing the said complaints and to equalize the said assessments and to finally approve and c cnfirm the same.
