above referenced solicitation to SEACOAST BANKING CORPORATION OF FL.
You will be contacted directly to schedule a "kickoff' meeting with the Procurement Division and End -User
Departments.
The following items are required prior to the scheduling of the "kickoff' meeting:
• Certificate of Insurance — naming the City as additionally insured
• Vendor Information Form
• W-9
