MOTION BY VICE MAYOR HARRIS, SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN SZELUGA TO DIRECT THE CITY ATTORNEY TO DRAFT A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RULES TO PROVIDE A PLACE ON THE AGENDA, RIGHT AFTER ATTORNEY'S MATTERS FOR THE PUBLIC TO SPEAK ON AGENDA ITEMS FOR THAT EVENING, LIMITED TO 3 MINUTES PER PERSON, OR TOTAL INPUT TIME LIMITED TO 15 MINUTES FOR ALL ITEMS ON AGENDA. MRS. RUTH SULLIVAN, CHAIRMAN, CITIZENS COMMITTEE, PRESENTED THE CITY COUNCIL WITH THE COMMITTEE'S PROGRESS REPORT CONCERNING CITY WATER AND SEWER. IN RESPONSE TO CITY RESIDENT'S JAY ANDRE'S CONCERN REGARDING DOCK LIGHTS AT THE YACHT CLUB DOCK, COUNCILMAN VALLONE STATED THAT THE PARKS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE IS PRESENTLY WORKING ON THiS REQUEST.
