Meeting wa scalled to order by President Anderson.
Those present were Mayor Middleton,Fresident Anderson and uouncilman Letchworth
and Ellingsen. $ouncllmen Sembler and ~ark absent.
Minutes of regular meeting of March 7,1950 were read and approved.
Bills to the amount of ~100..~0 approved by the ~inance Oommittee were prdered paid
on motion by $ouncllman ~llingsen~ and seconded byvOouncilman Letchwor~th.

~fter a discussion as to the buying gas for the police car oved by Councilman
Ellingsen and seconded by ~ouncilman netchworth that the city purchase gas for the poliw~
car from the gas stations in Sebastian rotating the business each week and to start at
the sou~h end of town.carried.
There being no more business meeting was adjourned.

mlllngsen and Park. City Attorney vocelle also present.
Minutes of previous meetings approved as corrected.
Bills~ to the amount ~f$603.11 approved by the finance committee were ordered paid
on motlo~ by Councilman Sembler and seconded by Councilman Park.
It was moved by Gouncilman Sembler and seconded by Councilmen Park that Mr De Wahlebe
written a letter of appresiation wi th a box of cigars for his fine cooperation in
putting a new roof on the uity Hall.
Officer Thiesse sked the Oouncll permission to take his vacation the first two weeks in
June.which was approved on motion by councilman Sembler and seconded by ~ouncilman Park.
Councilman Ellingsen moved that a motion he made at regular meeting of March 21st.
be re.sclnd~dtMotion was to buy gas for all of the ol~y equipment at the various gas
stations in the City which wasseconded by councilman ~,etchworth).
This motion was duly eecomded by oouncilman Letchworth and carried.
At this time Councilman Sembler Uhalrman of the street and Alley Committee asked that
the City Cub Trac~or and Gravley be allowed to use hte white gas from H.E'sService as
it was not too far to get it when needed.
It was then moved by Councilman Park and seconded by councilman Sembler tobuy all gas
for the Cub Tractor,Gravely and :ire 'xruck at ~.,:'s Service and continue to buy gas from
the rest of the service stations for the Police var as usual.Carried.
Mayor Middleton brought a complaint befor the Council as to the lighting on Lousiana
Ave and Chairman of ~he light oommlttee,~eun~ilman Sllingsen was instructed to into the
matter and report at the next meeting.
Councilman Letchwo~h Chairman of the Sanitary Committee asked that a letter be sent
to all persons in the City or property owners who do not have septic tanks on their
property notifying them of July first was the dead line allowed by the City to conform
with the Olty Ordinance number ll6.The Olerk not having a list of same shall get list
from the State Sanitary Inspectors.
