~.~eeting was called 'to order by President Pro-Tem with the following members
present: Mayor Bad~er, Councilmen: Vickers, ~rdock, Brown. Atty Vocelle.

Councilman ~urdock introduced the following resolution and Moved its adoption:
Resolution
Pesolved. that for and in consideration of the Federal funds made available
thr~ough {he ~'~orks ?rogress ~dministration under official project ~N0 348 for
the improvement of our municipal airport and landing facilities, we pledge
that said airport will a~ all times be operated and maintained as a municipal
airport for the public benefit, without unjust discrimination against or in
favor of any aircraft operator, i~cludlng any scheduled airline ooerator.
It is further certified that the fee simple title to the land utilized as the
municipal airport is in tlc City of ~ebastlan.
Said resolution being duly seconded was passed upon roll call as follows:
Ayes: Vickers, ~rdock, Brown. ,%ys: None.
Councilman Brown made a motion that City pay H. G. Deppen ~22.50 balance dUe
for surveying outlet ditch for school pond. Eec. ~furdock. Carried.
Councilman Srown ~ioved to adjourn. Sec. Councilman ~rdock. Carried.

The following resolution was introduced by Councilman Brown who moved its adoption:
~SOLUTION l Gq
~hereas, the City of Sebastian, Florida, is the owner of lots E and 3, Vimkers
Subdivision, a subdivision in said city according to the recorded plat of said
subdivision, and
Whereas, Sebastian 5~ercantile Company, a oorp~ration of %he state of Florlda, has
offered to purchase said property from said city at and for the sum of $400.00. and
~hereas, the City Council of sai~ City believes said sum so offered for'said above
described property represents a fair price for ~he sale of same, and
Whereas, it appemrs to the best interest of said city that said p~operty be sold at
and for said sum, therefore
Be l~ resolved by the City Council of the City of Sebastian, Florida, that said
above described property ~e sold to Sebastian Mercantile Comp,~v, ~ ~orporation,
at and for the sum of $490.0~dand. - that upon receipt cT s~Id ~um the_M~yor a~

name and on behalf of said city, to execute a special warranty deed to said
Sebastia~ Mercantile Company, a Florida corporation, for said above described

The foregoing was duly seconded and upon being put to a vote by roll call was
adopted as follows: Ayes: Bau~hman, Vlckers, Brown. Nays None.
Councilman Vickers made a motion that the ~ayor and City Clerk be authorized and
directed to execute a ~uit claim deed to B. N. Brown for unused street right of
way. fronting his property on Louisiana Avenue. Motion carried.
CounciLman Vickers made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Councilman
Brow~. Carried.
