MAYOR FLOOD MENTIONED THAT HE FILED A CONFLICT OF INTEREST FORM IN DECEMBER, L982, SINCE THE PROPERTY DISCUSSED IS BEING HANDLED BY THE REAL ESTATE COMPANY THAT HOLDS HIS REAL ESTATE SALESMAN LICENSE.
