Minutes of regular meeting of Feb. 12, and special meetings of Feb. 26, March 21, were read and upgn motion by Councilman Vickers seconded by Councilman Baug~man were approved with minor corrections. Motion made by Councilman Baug~nnan that the acceptance of the proposition by Councilman Vickers to rent the upstairs of the Post Office to the City for a ~ity Office be rescinded. Seconded by 0ouncilman Glasgow . Motion Motion made by Councilman Baughman t~]at the acceptance of the offer of R.G. ~derson to move the Office furniture for $~5.00 be rescinded. Seconded by Councilman Glasgow. Motion carTieA. Motion made by Council~n Vickers that licens~ t~ delinquents be turned over to the Mayor for action. Seconded by Cou~ci~an. Glasgow.
