Councilmen R. G. Hardee and L. O. Baughman were absent.
The minutes of the r~o~Alar meeting of Feb. 9th, Special meeting of February 27th
and Regular Meeting of March 9th were read and approved.
Councilman Park moved that the Clerk be directed to buy 50 feet of hose with
a sprinkler; which was seconded by Councilman Hicks and carried by the following
vote .
Ayes: Councilmen Park, Hicks and ¥~rtin.
Nays: None.
The Clerk was di_rected to write the William Day,Company of Orlando with
reference to the re surfacing of the Streets in the City.
A Payment to be made to the Prudden & Company for the interest on the Light and
Ice Plant bonds was brought before the Council but was deferred until next
me et ing.
MOTION: made by Councilman Park, seconded by Councilman Hicks, that Council
adjourn to meet again Monday April 20th at 7:30 p.m.,

T. B. Hicks, L. 0. Baugh~an absent, Lenora K. Park, clerk, Jases T. Vocelle, Attorney.
Messrs Fleming and Snow of Cocoa representing holders of City of Sebastian Street
and sidewalk improvement bonds appeared before the Council and stated they were
willing to pl~ace all delinquent bonds amounting to $18,000.00 and interest coupons
amounting to $17,400.00 in the hands of a fiSCal agent to be sold at ~0~ on the
dollar. The same to be used in payment of all the delinquent taxes prior to 1930
and all special assessments to date. These bonds to be credit~ddat their face value,
whereupon Councilman Park moved that the proposition offered by Messrs Fleming &
Anow be accepted; which was seconded hy Councilman Hardee and carried by the
following vote.
Ayes: Councilmen Park, Hardee, Hicks and Martin.
Nay s: None.
Messrs F~eming & Snow stated that when the delinquent dues had been paid they were
sure a proposit~.on of three bonds for payment of two would be offered by the bond
holders.
Motion: Made by Councilman Hicks, seconded by Councilman Hardee, that Council
ad Journ.
Motion carried.
