NEVER HAD AN OPERATING PERMIT FROM THE D~Z~M~NT pF ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS:' THE NEW WELL HAS AN
IRON CONTENT OF O.05WHICH IS ABOUT 500 PAR~_~ER ~FLLION OVER THE STATE REQUIREMENT AS A MAXIMUM.

SUGGESTED THAT THE PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION, THE COUNCIL AND MR. SOLIN MEET AT AN AGREEABLE TIME
TO GO OVER MAPS AND IDEAS TOGETHER. THE MEETING WAS SET FOR THURSDAY, APRIL 16, 1981 FOLLOWING THE
REGULAR PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING.

ATTORNEY KILBRIDGE SAID HE WAS NOT CLEAR AS TO THE COUNCIL'S DESIRE FOR THE ORDINANCE CONCERNING
THE 60' SET BACK ON COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES. MAYOR FLOOD EXPLAINED THAT IT WOULD HELP WITH UNIFORMITY.
COUNCILMAN VOTAPKA QUESTIONED THE FACT THAT 60' SET BACK WOULD NOT BE ENOUGH. WITH 64' SET BACK AND
A 10' PLANTING BUFFER THE SET BACK SHOULD BE ABOUT 74 '. THERE IS NO SET BACK ON THE REAP OF THE PRO-
PERTY. ATTORNEY KILBRIDE WAS INSTRUCTED TO MAKE A ROUGH DRAFT OF THE ORDINANCE FOR THE MEETING OF
APRIL 22, 1981.
COUNCILMAN VOTAPKA HAD THE OPPORTUNITY TO SEE THE PLANS FOR STATE ROAD 512 AND HIS IMPRESSION IS THAT
THEY ARE GOING TO WIDEN THE LANES FOR APPROXIMATELY 4 MILES IN LENGTH. THEIR PROJECTION FOR 1999 IS
ANAVERAGE DAILY TRAFFIC COUNT OF 3,800 CARS PER 24 HOURS. HE WOULD ASK THE DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORT-
ATION FOR ANOTHER COUNT..

VOTAPKA REQUESTED THAT A BID BOND FOR THE WELL BE INCLUDED. ALL COUNCIL MEMBERS SEEMED IN FAVOR OF
THE MAYORS' S REQUEST BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.
MAYOR FLOOD REQUESTED A MOTION TO GO TO BID FOR THE (2) SMALL BUILDINGS THAT WOULD BE SUB-STATIONS FOR
FLORIDA POWER AND LIGHT. COUNCIL MEMBERS SEEMED IN FAVOR BUT NO ACTION WAS TAKEN.

GOLF COURSE COMMITTEE FOR APPLICANTS FOR MEMBERSHIP TO PAY THE $200.00 INITIATION FEE NOW AND THE
