SAM HARRIS REPRESENTED HARRIS SANITATION AND STATED THAT HARRIS WAS ASKING FOR THE SAME
INCREASE AS RURAL WITH THE SAME POSSIBLE REQUEST FOR A POSSIBLE INCREASE IN SEPTEMBER AT THE
TIME OF THE FRANCHISE RENEWAL.
