Upon Roll Call the following members was found to be pres~nt,

I~inutes of Oegular ~,.!eeting of April, 24th, were read and approved.
and the matter of beautifying the end of ~inth Street next to river was
introduced by ~..~ayor Badger, the party running the Ocean Breeze Service Station
asked permission to fill in, and plant ornamentals next to se'-vice station
t~o,motion was made and passed at this time, but was regarded favorably
by council, and decided to leave it over until next meeting, to be passed on.
The ordinance pertaining to the r~tail selling of .~fasoline and kerosene

was fought up and discussed, but no decision was made on account of attorney
being a 2sent-
The matter of pay to John Beugnot for police duty was brought, opinion
being that Sebastian Public Hall Co. should pay for policing the dances held
at the dances, and was left until a meeting of the stockholders can be
arrange d.
The business of imposing licenses on the retail selling of beer and
vinous beverages of 3.2 ~'~, was brought uP for discussion, but wsas postponed
until further information as to the amount of license to be imposed, c~n be
secured, and was decided to let those applying for license, to go ahead with
the retailing of beer and secure the license later.
A motion was macdo by CouncilmanVlckers for clerk to get a copy of the
County Tax Assessment Moll fo~' 1933, covering the incorporated ~rea of City
of Sebastian, and to start the making up of the 1935 Tax ~ssessment Moll.
was duly seconded~ motion carried.
