'Park~ absent Lenora K. Park James T. Vocelle The minutes of the regular meeting of April 13, Adjourned Regular Meeting of April 20th and Special Meeting of May 2nd were read and approved. j. A. Groves, J. L. Council and Dr. David Rose ap?eared before the Council and asked that they be advised in regard to the City's recognition of a certain marker as the center of Section Six. They were advised that the point established a az the center of Sec. 6, Twp 31, Range 39 would be recognized by the City as the center as shown in Plat book 3, page 12, Saint Lucie County records. The Mayor asked that the Standard 0il ditch be cleaned out this was deferred until Councilman Park, Chairman of the stre~et committee could be present. The question of oiling streets was also deferred to hear from Councilman Park. RESOLUTION NO. ~u~ ~ Russell G. Snow of the firm of Fleming & Snow attorneys for the holders of street and sidewalk bonds of the City of Sebamtian appeared before the Council and announced that in the sale of dell. nquent bonds and coupons, to the taxpayer of ~he Olty the holder thereof desirem to amend his original proposition by offering for sale said delinquent bonds and coupons as follows: Until ~uly l, 31 at &§, until August l, 31, at 47~i,.until Oct l, 31, at 50, until Nov. l, 31, at 52~, until Dec. l, 31, at 55. He further announced t?~t the bond holder had selected Mr. ~lbert L. McGlaun of Cocoa as his fiscal agent to handle the~ sale of said bonds and to deal with the City officials in connection therewith. ~l~ereupon Councilman Hardee, moved thma the proposition am outlined by ~Ir. Snow be approved by the Council and that ~ir. McGlaun be recognized as the agent of the bond holders and that the City Clerk be authorized to work out the details of said proposition on behalf of thc City with ~Lr. ~IcOlaun.
