· COUNCILMAN LAMBERT MADE A MOTION TBAT BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT SUBMIT REPORT AS REQUIRED BY SECTION 176.10
OF THE STATE STATUTES. AFTER RECEIPT OF SAID REPORT, IF CITY ATTORNEY APPROVES AS TO LEGAL
SUFFICIENCY, CLERK MAY THEN ISSUE BUILDING PERMIT TO MR. JOHN PALMER. SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN SNELL.
