~ills to the mount of $113.81 approved by the finance committee were ordered paid
on motion by councilman ~embleD~i. socomded by ~ouncilman EtlinEsen.~.
It was moved by Councilman Park and seconded by councilman Letchworth to approve
application for buolding permit for the ~aptist Church of Sebastian. cart&ed.
Councilman Sembler presented a resolution-to the city Council changing the regular
meeting day. of city council, and moved its adoption.
~esolution is as follows, Whereas: As provided by the Charter ofnthe City of Sebastian,
~'lorida, that the City Council shall meet at least one meeting each month,and Whereas,
said city Council have been meeting at two regular meetings each month,the first and
third Tuesdays.
Therefore be it resolved that the City Council of the ~ity of Sebastian hold one meeting
each month and said meeting to be held on the second honda~ of each month thereafter.

On motion by ~ouncilman Park which was seconded by ~ouncilman Letchworth,councllman
Sembler was authorized ~o spend up to .One Hundred collars for marl for ~he City tree
lawns. Cart ied
~ouncilman Sembler Chairman of the ~treet and Alley ~ommittee asked the City council
permission to buy sprayer for killing weeds.~otion by ~ouncilman ~llingsen and seconded
Councilman £etchworth granted said permission.
Bue to damage to City sidewalks and City Property by heavy trucks driving, over same
it was moved by Councilman Letchworthaand seconded by Councilman Sembler that notice be
attached to all building permits that any damage to City sidewalks or property will be
assessed to owner of said property. Carried.
cl~y ~lerk was authorized t~ purchase two books of city Licenses and twenty five
filing envelopes on motion by ~ouncilman sembler and seconded by Councilman Park~ carried.
~'he Clerk was orderedcto send speedometer back t~ the united Auto Service of West Palm
Beach,~'lorida as no purchasing order was authorized.
