minutes ef the last meeting were approved as read.
ollls amounting to ~ 4?5.94 approved by ~inance committee with the exception of
two bills from the Spar Service ~tation.Sald two bills were te be paid if they were
corrected.motion by ~ouncilman mllingsen which was seconded by uouncilman mash
passed same.
The following ~ESOLUTION was presented by uouncilman Ellingsen,
~ E S 0 L U T I O N
nESOLVED, that lots 1 to 8,inclusive,~leck 2,Ocean ~reeze Heights Subdivision,
which was dedicated as per plat recorded in Plat ~eek 2, Page ?, indian Hirer
necerds,as a public park,be accepted by the city council of the City ef ~ebastian,
· ierida,for public park purposes and ne ether use ef said property shall be permitted
by the ~ity uouncil of the uity of Sebastian,and said dedication as contained in said
plat be and the same is hereby formally accepted by the ~lty of Sebastian.
Ueuncllman Taylor seconded said motion which was carried.
'~he clerk was asked to get bids from all Well ~rlllers peslble for well to be
drilled in the Sebastian Oemetery.
There 'being ne mere business meeting was duly adjourned,

i'hese present were mayor Shaffer,~resldent ~weatt and ~ouncllmen ~em01er,mllingsen,
mash and Aayler.
· ~inutes oi' the last meet were approved as read.
Two 'bids on well for the ~emetery were read and O.~'.~ippin was awarded the work as
his price for ~ inch well being ,4?5.00 and all pipe and fittings including labor being
included in said price. On motion by ~ouncilman '~'aylor which was seconded by ~ouncilman
mllingsen passed same.
The ~emetery ~und only having ~ 364.80 It v,'as moved 0y ~ouncilman Sembler and
seconded by Councilman ";lmingsen te borrow ,125.00 from the General Fund and transfer
same te ~he uemetery fund in order to be able to drill well.Oar tied.
May~r Shaffer told the City Council he did not think the City should be without a
Police Officer when the Chief takes his vacation and suggested te hire man for that
purpose.It was moved by Councilman Sembler and seconded by Councilman Taylor that the
Mayer have full authority te handle same. carried.
There being no more busihess meeting was duly adjourned.
