Minutes of adjourned regular meeting Mc~ ~3, 1936 were read and adopted.
Councilman Offered an ordinance entitled:a~ Ordinance vacating certain streets in
the City of Sebastian. Florida and moved t'~t it be read fore'She first time in full
which was seconded by CounciLman Baughman. ~otlon carried. Ordinance was read
full whereupon Councll~n Baug~n moved tha~ It be read the second time by title
only, which was seconded 0y Councl~an ~rdock. Notion carried. 0rdlna~ee being read
for the second time by ~ltle Councl~an moved that It be read for the third time by
title only =nd put upon its pa.~sage, which was seconded by ~ouneilman ~urdock and
carried. ~rdlnance was re~d the third time by ~l%.le only and upon roll call was ad
adopted by the following vo~e.
Ayes: ~rdee, Baug~n, Mu=dock, Na~s:No-e.
Counol~n ~rdock mov.:~d to adjourn-~;hich was seconded by Cou~ci~n Bau~n.
Motion carried.

Meeting was called to order by Chairman Protem Baughman the roll called with the
following members present: ~c~l~g mayor Hardee, Councilmen Baughman & Vlckers.
Upon motion by Councilman Vlckers meeting adjourned.
Regular Meeting June 8, 1936
Meting was called to order by Chairman the roll called with the following members
present: ~'Ayor Geo. T. Badger:, Councilmen, R. G. iiardee, E. W. Vickers, L. 0.
Baug~mmn, Arty Vocelle.
Minutes of meotings of April 13 and May ll were read and adopted.
Councilman Vickers introduced the following reaolution and moved l~s adoption:/~
Whereas, Agnes ~. Fulton and Ro0ert Fulton, her husband, have offered the City of
Sebastian the Sum of $~,000 in consideration of the conveyance by said city to the
said parties-or to their ass:i~.onees of the property located .in the City Of Sebastian
and in Indian River County, Florida, to-wit:
All of Blocks ~ and 3 of Edgewater Park Subdivision, according to the plat of said
subdivision recorded in plat book ~ at page ~5, StLucie County, Florida, Records,
said conveyance to be subject to taxes and assessments levied and assessed on said
property for the year 1938 and thereafter; amd
· hereas, it appears that said offer isafair ~d reasonable offer for the said
property and it is to the best interest of said city to accept said offer, and that
the said Agnes M. Fulton and Robert Fulton, her husband, have recuested that de~d
of conveyance thereof be made to the said Robert Fulton; now, therefore,
Be it res.olved by the City Council of the.City of Sebastian, Florida, that the offi-
cialsof said city be, and they are, hereby authorized to e:ecute in the name:of said
city and under its seal an agreement for the sale of said property as prov~,ded in
-this resolution, and to execute a good and sufficient special warranty~deed
conveying said property to the said Robert Fulton and to deliver the same to the sai,
urchaser upon receipt of the said purchase .price of $2,000.
he foregoing resolution was ~duly seconded and upon being put to a vote
adopted as follows: Ayes: Hardee, Vickers, Baughman. Nays : None.
CounciLman Vickers moved t, adjourn to J'uly 8, 1~36 at 8..~. M. Motion was seconded
by Cou::cilman Bau~hman.
Motion carried.
