Bills mnounting to $322.46 was approved by the Financ, Committee and authorized te be pa~, on motion by Councilman Ellingsen,seconded by Councilman Br,hm, r.Carried. Raymond Wethey & W.H.0wens met with the Council to r.quest the rezoning of lets i & 2 in ,~.A.Bmrry S/D from Agricultural to Industrial. CounciLman Ellingsen made a motion to rezone the East five acres in lot i & the East 5 acres in lot 2 of ~.A.Berry S/D to M-1 or Industrial,seconded by Mrs.Chesser.Carried. Mr.Dorsette of the Burroughs Corporation presented to the Council,figures on the cost of a new adding ~chtne.The figures were as follows:New machine ~326.00,1ess 10% and $35.00 tade in allowance on old machine,making a total cost of $258.40 for the new machine. Councilman Ellingsen Earle a motion to purchase a new adding machine,seconded by Councll-m ~an Brehmer. Carried, Councilman ]~.i~llingsen made a motion to accept plans of the new City Garage and to bavm four sets of plans made,seconded by Councilman Brehmer.Carrtod. Councilman Ellingsen made a motion the City purchase necessary wire for the backstop on the ball park,pro~idinE the School Board refuses to do so,seconded by ~irs. Chesser.Carried. The Clerk read an 0rdIRance entitled: &n Ordinance amending chapter ll5 being an Ord- inance establishing a Zoning plan within the City of Sebastian,Florida,providing for add- itional set back for building improvements to be hereinafter constructed on the proper ty abutting on the ?;est side of Louisiana ~venue. Upon motion by Councilman Ellingsen and seconded by Councilman Brehmer and unanimously carried, said Ordinance was read the first time in full. Upon motion made by ~drs.Chesser,secended by Councilmau Brehmer and unanimously carried, said Ordinance was read the second time by Title only. Upon motion by Councilman Brekmer,seconded by Mrs.Chesser and unanimously carried,sai Ordinance was read the third time by Title only and placed upon its final passage.
