(SEBASTIAN LAKES) IN RESPONSE TO QUESTIONS ~gKED CONCERNING DRAINAGE, DARRELL MCQUEEN, ENGINEER, SEBASTIAN LAKES PROJECT, EXPLAINED THAT THE DRAINAGE FROM THE ROADWAYS ABUTTING THE SITE WILL COME ON SITE AND BE RETAINED IN THE LAKE AREA. HE ALSO COMMENTED THAT THE TOTAL ACREAGE OF THE SITE IS 66.569 ACRES AND THAT 57.27 ACRES WILL BE RESIDENTIAL AND 9.29 ACRES WILL BE COMMERCIAL.
