BE RETAINED IN THE LAKE AREA. HE ALSO COMMENTED THAT THE TOTAL ACREAGE OF THE SITE IS 66.569
ACRES AND THAT 57.27 ACRES WILL BE RESIDENTIAL AND 9.29 ACRES WILL BE COMMERCIAL.
