MEETING CALLED TO ORDER BY MAYOR GALLAGHER AT 7:00 P.M.
PRESENT:

MAYOR GALLAGHER STATED THAT FLAG DAY WILL BE CELEBRATED AT CITY HALL ON FRIDAY, JUNE
14, 1985, AT 11;00 A.M. ALL CITIZENS ARE INVITED TO ATTEND.
MAYOR GALLAGHER STATED THAT THE SEBASTIAN RIVER JUNIOR WOMEN'S CLUB HAS MADE A REQUEST
TO REMOVE THE DEAD PINE TREE THAT IS IN THE FRONT OF THE SEBASTIAN RIVER LIBRARY. THERE
BEING NO OBJECTIONS FROM COUNCIL ON THIS REQUEST, MAYOR GALLAGHER STATED THAT THE REQUEST
WOULD BE GRANTED AND THANKED THE JUNIOR WOMEN'S CLUB FOR ALL THEIR INTEREST IN THE CITY
OF SEBASTIAN.

PARAGRAPH, PARAGRAPH ONE AND TWO, TO READ "ROBERT'S RULES OF ORDER REVISED".

OF SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA,.PROVIDING THAT ALL BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS OF THE CITY OF SEBASTIAN

REGARDING THE GASOLINE TAX UNTIL THE JUNE 19, 1985 MEETING.
MOTION CARRIED.
MOTION BY COUNCILMAN SZELUGA SECONDED BY COUNCILMAN ROTH, THAT THE CITY ATTORNEY BE DIRECTED
TO AMEND THE CITY ORDINANCE TO AMEND QUORUM REQUIREMENTS FROM FOUR (4) TO THREE (3) AND A TIME
OF FIFTEEN (15) MINUTES TO WAIT FOR QUORUM.
