IN ORDER TO DEVELOP HIS PROPERTY AND OPEN A BUSINESS, THE SITE PLAN REQUIRES 5 PARKING SPACES AND THERE ARE ONLY TWO AT THIS LOCATION. HE WOULD LIKE THE CITY TO ALLOW HIM 3 SPACES IN THE MUNICIPAL PARKING LOT IN RETURN FOR MAINTENANCE OF THE CITY RAMP OR RENT THE CITY-OWNED LOT DIRECTLY NORTH TO DEVELOP AS A PARKING LOT.
