Carried. Mr Rodney Kroegle asked for reduction on his property at U.S.Hlghway and Washington Place,said request was denied a~ter check was made with other valuations for comparison. After a careful check on valuations of properties,the City Uouncil reconized a mistak, h~d been made in awarding a $340.00 reduction on the property of Mr & Mrs H.~oHoberts known as a strip of land on east. side of U.S.Hlghway 1,opposite block ~.,~'l~tch S/~,therefor on motion by by Councilman ~.et~hwor~hand seconded by CoUncilman Sembler,former motion for reduction was eescinded. Carried. On motion made by Councilman by Councilman Letchworth which was seconded b~ Councilma~ Ellingsen a $140.00 reduction was granted to Mr & Mrs H.B.Roberts on strip of land opposite block 2,Futch S/D.Clerk was asked to notify Mr & Mrs Roberts by letter of said change, Mr Paul Stevenson a visitor asked if the Oity would sell any of their property east of Highway 1.If so to grant first choice to properties adjoining. The request was considered by the Oouncil and it was then moved by Councilman Ellingsen and seconded by Oouncilman Le~chworth that in case the Oity of ~ebastian desired said properties that property owners adjoining ~ ..oroperties would be notified an~ be glv first choice i~ ~c~ same. carried.
