Those answering roll call were. Mayor Shafor, President Middleton, Councilman
Smit h, Councilman Bohannon, Councilman Turlington .an d Councllman Sembler.
All present.
l~inutes of previous meeting read and approved as read.
Mr C.A.Mltchell the City of.~Sebastian's legal advisor was on hand to report
on City Bonds. Mr Mitchell also presented an agreement he had drawn up between
~he City of Sebastian and l~endergast and Fahey ~o for Resolution to cover the
of
lssueing new retireing t~omds.
Motion by Councilman Sembler and seconed by Councilman Bohannon that Mr ~litchell
draw~p~?resolution on the lines of said agreement ~between Pendergast Fahey Co
and the City o~ Sebastian. A~oll Gall on said resolution was as followsl
President Middleton Yes,Councilman Bohannon Yes, Councilman Smith Yes, Councilman
Turlington Yes,Councilman Sembler ~es. Vote being unanimous for said resolution.

be paid,( said bills being approved by Finance Committee) Motion Carrlad.
~otitlon by Concilman Sembler seconded by Councilman Bohar~non that the equalization
Board meeting be held on M~nd~ night of August 4,1947 at 7.30 I~.M. sharp.

Motion by Councilman Bohannon seconded by Councdlman Smith that the tires on Police
Car ~e replaced ~y the Factory at a cost of 28.00,01d tires to~aken in by the
Factory. ~otion carried.

Mayor presented the Council with a wrlt~en resignation from Marshall 0'l~eal from
'fhe Duties of Cheil of Police of the City ofnSebastian. Resignation to ta~e affect
at once. Motion by Councilman Sembler S~$$r seconded by Councilman t~ohannon that
said resignation be accepted. Motion carried.
There being no business to come before Council meeting was adjourned.
