Meeting was called to order by President ~iddleton.

~ayor Shafor presented an appointment in writing to the City Council to sedure the
service of Mr Randolph B,Spinney as Chief of Police of the City of Sebastian.
The City Council adopted a motion confirming said appointment of ~lr Spinney.
A Motion by Councilman ~ohannon, seconded by Councilman Sembler, that ~r Spinney be
accepted,and salary to be Two Hundred twenty Five dollars a month.
vote was unanimous.
There being no other business Oouncll was adjourned.
