RESOLUTION N0.94 The City Council proceeded to examine and revise the registration books of said City in accordance vrlth the provisions of Chapter No. 65 of the Ordinances of said City, and thereupon Councilman Park offered the following resolution: Whereas, it appears from an examination and revisiou of the registration books of said city that the names of the followir~.; named persons should bo erased from the registration books of said City; therefore, Be It Resolved by the City Council of the City of Sebastian, Florida, that the names of the persons hereinafter set forth shall be, and the sarae are, hereby stricken from the names of the registered voters of said City for the reasons hereinafter set forth, to-wit: H. Walters-- deceased Be It Further Resolved that a copy of this resolution be, and the same shall be, l:osted at the City Hall of said City, and any and all persons whose names shall have been wrongfully or erroneously erased or stricken from said list, and who shall on or before the first meeting of the City Council in ~{u.gust 1930, which meeting will bo held on the llth day of august 1930, mak~ such fact appear to the satisfaction of the City Council, shall be entitled to have his or her name restored to the said registration books. by Councilman Hic ks. RESOLL~ZON NO. 95 City Tax i~ssessor, Lenora K. Park, presented tax assessment roll for the $1ty of Sebastian, Florida, for the year 1930, and the same was filed before the City Council, sitting as -.an equalization board; there was ~resented and. filed a proof of publication of notice that the City Council would sit on ~uly., 28th for the purpose of he.'_~ring complaints relative to and equalizing and correcting the tax assessment roll, which notice and proof of publication thereof is as follows The following resolution was introduced by Councilman Park Whereas, it appears that due and legal notice that the City Council of the City elf Sebastian, Florida, would meet on the 28th day of July, 1930, for the purpose of equalizing and correcting the tax a~sessment roll of said City for the year 1930, has been given, and Whereas, the City C01d~lCil did meet at said 'time for said purpose, and ~.fhereas, all objections nmde to the said asses.~:mient roll have been duly considered, acted upon by this Council, and said assessment roll corrected, equalized and adjusted fairly and equitably in 'the judgment of this Council; and the sai..-t Council haveing not found it necessary to raise tho amount of the assessments appearir~ on said assessment roll; and, ~Tnereas, it appears to tho City Council of the City of Sebastian, Florida, that said assessment roll is now correct and the valuation thereof -:~qual, correct and just and that there are no further deductions or incresses necessary therefore; be it Resolved by the City Council of the City of Sebastian, Florida, that the tax assessment roll for said City for the year 1930, as prepared and presented to this Council and by it e~ualized and corrected, be, and the same is, hereby approved and confirmed. The adoption of said resolution bein~ moved by Councilma: Park, seconded by Councilman Baughman and the roll being called 'thereon, the same was adopted by th,~ following vote: Ayes: Councilmen,Park, Baugb~nan, Hicks, Hardee.
