RELEASE OF EASEMENT
This Release of Easement is executed by the Board of County
Commissioners of Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida
("County"), whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32950, to the City
of Sebastian, a municipal corporation of the State of Florida, whose address is 1225
Main Street, Sebastian, Florida 32958, its successors jn interest, heirs and assigns
("Owner").
WHEREAS, the County has an existing plaA4-ook
Access Easement across Lots 2
and 3 of ROMAR SUBDIVISION, recorded in PI 10, Page 31, of the Public
Records of Indian River County, Florida ("Acces sement"); and
WHEREAS, County staff has dete ' ed that the release of the Access
Easement would not adversely affect the C ;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Count f t; es hereby release and abandon all right,
title, and interest that it may have to tAe=area described on Exhibit "A" attached hereto
and made a part hereof that was thiv/platted Access Easement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOFghs County has caused these presents to be executed
in its name this 9th day of , 2009.
