The minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 27th were read and approved.
The question as to whether public schools were exempt from'real estate -tax
and special assessments was brought before -the Council and the Attorney is to
investigate and report at next meeting.
M~r. Snow representing the bondholders of City of Sebastian Street and Sidewalk
bonds appeared before the Council and stated they would exte. nd the tim~ to the
taxpayers of Sebastian at 45 per cent to September l, 1931.

Was read for the first time in full.
Ccouncilman Park moved, that 0rdina~-~ce be read the second time by titie only;
which was seconded by Councilman Baugbnman 'and carried by the following vote:
ayes: Councilmen Hardee, Park, Baughman and Hicks.
Nays: None
Councilmn Hardee moved that 0rdinan. ce be read the third time by title oz.~].y and

The above ordinance was passed with the understanding ti:at the ~a.?or is; to appo.~nt
a police officer for use during the dances on Lionday nights or on other ni~hts
