Chairman Hardee called the meeting to order, and roll was called and the
following members was found to be present;

Councilman, ~. ~. Hardee,

" L. 0. Baughman,
" E. ~. Vickers,
Attorney, gas. T. Vocelle, P. P. Lawson, clerk. Roy K'. Fields was
found to be absent.
Yinutes of Wegular Jeering of July, 24th, were read and approved.
The first matter to be brought before the council, was the renewal of the
insurance on the City Hall and jail and contents, insurance expiring August 29th
1933.
Suggestion was made 'by Chairman Hardee, to give the w'riting up of the
insurance to ~r. E. ~. Vickers, the rest of the council favoring the suggestion
$ motion was put forth by Councilman alasgow, seconded by CSuncilman Bauf~hman
was put to a vote as follows; ..~yes, Hardee, Glasgow, Baughman, Yays, None.

Clerk was instructed by council to return new policy to ~.~iss Helen ~.
Luly, and notify her that council had decided to place the insurance with an
agent in Sebastian.
Clerk brought to the attention of Zhe Council of th,~:, assessment just
received from the comptroller, which is the same as last year on the Florida
~]ast Coast ~ailway,s main line, and the reduction in mileage brought about
through the reduction of the corporate limits of Sebastian, under the new charter.
On advice of attorney, the council instructed clerk to return assessment
sheet to Comptroller for correction.
Clerk was also instructed to notify H. 'i',. ishburner that it would be nec-
essary for him to present his certificate of disa~.~ility in order to retain
exemption on his occupational license, and failure to do so would make it nec-
essary for the Council to revoke his license~
~r. ~. G. Anderson who was present, presented a bill for ~2,50 for hauling
rock for patching Louisiana ~.~venue, but bill was held over until it could be
0. K.d by ~.~r. R. K. Wields, when same will 0e paid.
t~r. Anderson brought up the questlon as to whet~er it would be necessary
to obtain a licens.".: to run a packing house; ther being no ordinance covering it
was advised 'by a~torney that it would not be necessary to obtain one.
~otion was in order to adjourn, was made by Vickers, seconded by Olasgow,
voting unanimously, meeting adjourned.
