COUNCILMAN SZELUGA iNDICATED THAT HE BASICALLY HAD NO OBJECTIONS TO THE LAND USE PLAN, EXCEPT IN ONE PARTICULAR AREA AND THAT REFERS TO THE PART RELATIVE TO MOBILE HOMES, SECTION 20A-3.7. COUNCILMAN SZELUGA RECOMMENDED THE FOLLOWING AMENDMENT TO THE LAND USE PLAN: TO DELETE ANY REFERENCE TO MOBILE HOMES WITHIN THE DOCUMENT AND ALSO REVISE SECTION 20-A-3.7, AND MAKE IT READ, R- MH MANUFACTURED HOUSING DISTRICT. HE ALSO INDICATED THAT HE HAD REWRITTEN THIS SECTION HIMSELF AND HAD DISTRIBUTED COPIES TO THE COUNCIL. DISCUSSION FOLLOWED, CONCERNING CLARIFICATION OF MOBLE HOMES AND MANUFACTURED HOUSING, MR PARMETER INDICATED THAT IN THE MOST CURRENT DRAFT OF THE CODE, THERE IS A DISTINCTION BETWEEN MFG HOUSING AND MOBILE HOMES AS DEFINED BY THE FLORIDA STATE STATUTE. VICE MAYOR HARRIS EXPLAINED THAT HIS MOTION IS INTENDED TO MEAn that 7500 SQ FT LANGUAGE BE LEFT IN AND ONLY TO CHANGE THE LANGUAGE IN PARAGRAPH 3 WHICH ONLY GIVES THE PLANNING AND ZONING THE RE¥IEW OF MONOR SITE PLAN AND THE REVIEW OF M~NOR MODI'FI'CATI'ON LANGUAGE.
